Once your order is deposited into the Courier Guy Pudo locker, you will receive a tracking number from us.   You will receive a notification and a pin number from The Courier Guy Pudo once your parcel is in the designated locker. You have 36 hours to collect  your parcel.  

 Alternatively, select courier service to your door:

R120 - which may be packed in recycled packaging  or

R150 - with standard packaging.

Prices may increase without prior notice.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to the fault of the courier.  We will, however, assist where we can to help track your parcel. 

If you are sending your driver or your own courier, please click 'Own Courier Collection'  There is a small fee as we make sure your product is packaged properly. We can not be held responsible for items broken in transit by your own courier.

Where there is no packaging charge for collection, goods are packed in a clear sleeve.  Breakage is at your own risk.  If you are concerned that you might break the goodies, please select 'own courier collection'.  We will then package your goods securely. We can not take responsibility for items broken in transit by your courier.

Please be note that we try to recycle where possible. The box may be filled with shredded paper, so please open your box/satchel carefully.  The box itself may be a box that we are recycling from a box that was sent to us.  We do not, however, compromise on the quality of our products!
