Terms of service

Production commences upon receipt of full payment for your order - this applies to unpersonalised goods as well.

Unpersonalised items may be ready to be couriered/collected within a day or two from receiving your payment.  This excludes orders placed on Fridays or weekends.  Unpersonalised items which are high in demand and are fast movers may take longer.  Keep in mind that we manufacture some items ourselves, and demand exceeds supply at times.  

Personalised items may take between 5 to 7 working days to complete.  This excludes weekends.  Personalised bulk orders may take longer.  Always indicate your required-by deadline, if you have one.
