Refund policy

Breakages that occur when using our courier will be replaced.  

Breakages have to be logged within 24hours of receiving your parcel, including pictures of the broken item(s). Refer your order number and the courier tracking number in your claim. WhatsApp your pictures to 0829004001.

When selecting your own courier to collect, we charge a small fee for packaging to secure your parcel.  We can, however, not take responsibility for any of those items that are broken in transit.

Personalised items incorrectly ordered or no longer required can not be returned for a refund. 

Unpersonalised orders which are paid for and then cancelled, carries a 15% fee.
